WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Our team takes a lot of care and spends time making sure everything is done perfectly. Due to the fact that everything is customized, we cannot accept any cancellation requests.
If merchandise products are received damaged or broken, we will organize for a replacement product to be sent to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider.
What if my printed product arrives damaged?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@cardbeasts.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
For MANUFACTURER'S DEFECTS, we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery.
Please note cards are extremely fragile, and minor scratches are very common. Due to this, we DO NOT consider minor scratches defects.
